Why is the score labelled illustrative?
Because it is a naive keyword count against a small sample profile, not yours. The real Fit score uses your Career Profile and weighs three readers.
What counts as a red flag?
Patterns a careful reader would notice: an experience bar out of line with the title, unpaid or equity-only or commission-only pay, crunch-culture phrasing, timezone and location mismatches. Flags are conservative on purpose.
Can I decode a posting from LinkedIn or Naukri?
Yes — copy the description text and paste it. The real product works the same way with any posting, and a browser extension that reads the page for you is in development.
